I have lived here over a year myself, and I love it.... It's Clean, quiet, peaceful and a great place to reside. The management is one of the best I have ever yet to experience, along with the maintenance as well. The manager keeps everything up to par and doe's not hesitate, when something needs to be done..... I would recommend these apartments to anyone who respects their home and neighbors....Keep up the good work Virginia....Great Job!!!!!

I've lived here for over a year now and I'm satisfied with this property. It has a pool and in my unit it has washer and dryer hook up.The manager is very professional here and after we were approved, I moved in within weeks. The property is tax credit so the rent is cheaper than most properties. You must make at least twice the amount of the rent and income must be under a certain amount. Whenever I have something wrong in my apartment like clogged drain or broken stove, they are pretty fast with fixing it. Also, the property management company offers every year a scholarship for students. I applied and won a thousand dollar scholarship for the 2018-2019 school year!

I have applied to many different apartments around the area and even in different county’s, however out of all the ones we applied to we like this one the most for many reasons. To start off the staff were super friendly and did a very great job in explaining things to us in great detail. The manager in particular went above and beyond in helping us to make sure we brought in all of our correct paperwork so that our application can process swiftly. She even took the time to show us a vacant apartment to see how it looks like inside.
